We’re looking for a Plasma Operator to join our growing process engineering team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however, experience working in a similar engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous.

About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our production demands and including yard and workshop maintenance duties as needed.
You’ll need to be practical, proactive and comfortable with a range of duties to support the different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Operating our plasma cutting machine to support fabrication and production

Assisting with general yard and workshop maintenance

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day engineering tasks

Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

Strong teamwork skills and a hands-on approach

Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Forklift truck experience is advantageous- training or refreshers will be provided as needed
