Introductory Training
As a new employee, you will receive a full induction covering the various aspects of business.
This includes:
- Health and safety training,
- Hazard Identification
- Machinery Inductions
- Health screening
One of our highly experienced team, will be assigned to you as a mentor. They will teach you more about the way ISF works, our customers, our best practices, procedures, and policies.
You will also be introduced to our specialist in-house training programme tailored specifically for the animal feed processing industry.
Ongoing Training
With our dedicated training philosophy, we continually encourage our employees to be more effective in their responsibilities and to work towards promotion.
With regular knowledge-sharing sessions, our ongoing partnerships with certified training providers offer a variety of courses for skills advancement and professional development.
We collaborate with industry bodies such as SHAPA and MHEA, and work closely with nationally recognised training providers.

Our purpose-built, in-house feed milling engineering course is tailored specifically to advancing niche skills, specialist knowledge and ensuring best practice in the feed milling industry.

- A series of in-depth videos consisting of over 20 hours of invaluable technical industry knowledge
- Training chart to log and reward progress
