It’s been another productive month at ISF as our team has been hard at work on various projects to enhance feed mills across the UK.

This month, our apprentice Connor was hands-on with a bespoke stainless steel duct silencer. Using an electropolishing process, he expertly removed weld coloration, showcasing his growing skills and dedication. We completed a trial assembly of a twin chain and flight out loading conveyor. After rigorous testing, it was packaged and delivered to a new client!

Outside of the workshop, members of the team travelled to Carlisle to install a new weigher and discharger which was completed during a 3-day shutdown period, minimising disruption and production loss! Read more in our latest case study here.

We’ve also been gearing up for our next charity activity in celebration of ISF’s 35-year anniversary, which will see members of the team climb the Yorkshire Three Peaks which you can learn more about here!
