As part of our anniversary celebrations, we decided to take part in some exciting challenges to raise money for two charities that mean a lot to us both personally and as a business, Macmillan Cancer Support and St Leonards Hospice.
This month, eight members of our team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. We’re unbelievably proud of them for completing this mammoth challenge in 10, 11 and 12 hours. Splitting into three groups and managing to dodge the rain, the day consisted of teamwork, endurance and stamina and we’re so pleased to say that the team smashed it, still smiling at the end of it and enjoying a well-deserved pint!
We wanted to say a huge congratulations to David Hukins, Simon Manock, Kevin Scott, Benjamin Houlden, Ashlee Stabbins, Paul Coulson, Connor Gough, and Dominic Hammonds (who actually left us for a position closer to home last month but still stood by his commitment to help us support the charity).
At the end of our charity efforts, we have raised a total of £2,850, thanks to the generous support of our colleagues, clients, family and friends.
