We’re pleased to welcome Shaun to the ISF team, who has joined us as our new Delivery Driver and Yard Person, strengthening our logistics and workshop support as the business continues to grow.
Shaun brings valuable experience from a career in HGV driving, where he built a strong foundation in safe, reliable transport and working to tight schedules. After years of long hours on the road, Shaun decided it was the right time for a change that offered a better balance while still keeping him behind the wheel.
“I wanted to continue delivery driving,” Shaun explains, “but the wider parts of the role at ISF really appealed to me.” The mix of driving, yard work and hands-on support across the business made the position an attractive next step.
Shaun plays a vital role and keeps projects moving smoothly. So far, I’m enjoying getting used to everything,” he says. “Finding the different drop-off locations, driving, and working in the yard is great.” As with many roles at ISF, no two days look the same. Shaun is enjoying learning the routes, processes and people that make up the business.
Looking ahead, Shaun is keen to build his confidence further in the role and make the most of the opportunities it brings. “I’m looking forward to the summer and getting further afield,” he adds, particularly when it comes to making the most of his time outside work.
When he’s not on the road or in the yard, Shaun keeps busy with his hobbies. He has three dogs and spends plenty of time walking them, enjoys repairing and restoring vintage tractors, and also takes to the trails on his bike whenever he can.
Shaun’s practical skills, positive attitude and enthusiasm for varied work make him a great fit for the ISF team. We’re delighted to have him on board and look forward to seeing him grow into the role.
Welcome to ISF, Shaun!
