Mechanical sieve upgrades for a Yorkshire based milling company

One of our Yorkshire-based feed milling clients approached us as they needed to replace their two traditional linear sieves with more effective, second hand machines. There was very limited space to install the sieves which they had already sourced.

The first phase involved the installation of a Locker Rotex machine which is used to remove dust. A multi-screen, aspirated Kamas Westrup separator was installed in the second phase.

Both phases had limited space for the physical installation, however, using the latest computer aided design technology, we were able to fully design each installation so that the items could be pre-fabricated and installed in the available two-day shutdown slots.
