At ISF, we place great importance on investing in our staff by providing them with continuous training and development opportunities, whether it’s to develop their technical or leadership skills.
Last month our Project Manager, Simon, attended a HR workshop organised by SHAPA at The George Hotel in Litchfield. The workshop was delivered by Quest, and focused on helping non-HR managers to understand the practices and policies that can be used within the workplace.
The course provided Simon with lots of great practices and tips that we can implement into our everyday business to help attract new employees and retain our team.
Simon spoke highly of the course, saying that it was very insightful and will help the team to grasp a wider knowledge of workplace discrimination, communication barriers and discussion techniques.
